    1 - 3 p.m. Charms and Chaos with SCOPE Bounce between our chaos stations, grab whatever charms speak to your soul (or your delusion), spin the chaos wheel, pull a challenge card, and build something that absolutely should not work… but somehow does. Bixler/Gerber Quad
    5 - 8 p.m. 鶹AVBucks Passport Carnival Step right up and kick off Welcome Week at the 鶹AVBucks/Passport Carnival! Enjoy Rita’s Italian Ice, fried dough, carnival games, inflatables, music, and plenty of chances to connect with fellow 鶹AVs. Guests ages 21 and older can also relax in the beer garden.     2 - 4 p.m. Reality Check: Drunk Driving Demonstration with UPD The University of New Haven Police Department’s drunk driving goggles provide a demonstration of alcohol impairment affecting a driver’s judgment, coordination, and reaction time. Participants navigate a golf cart through a coned driving course while wearing impairment simulation goggles that mimic the visual and cognitive effects of intoxication. This engaging educational program helps students understand the dangers of impaired driving and reinforces the importance of responsible decisions behind the wheel. There is no alcohol served at this event. German Club Lot
    5 - 8 p.m. SCOPE Dash and Splash Trade your textbooks for swimsuits and kick off the semester with the ultimate campus splashdown! Take on your friends in a head-to-head race through a massive inflatable obstacle course, then beat the heat with a high-speed plunge down our giant water slide. Bixler/Gerber Quad

    7:30 - 9 p.m. Find your Rhythm with the UnewHaven Dance Teams Come and find your rhythm with the University of New Haven Dance RSOs! Watch performances of various genres from 鶹AV K-pop Dance Crew, Monsoon Dance Crew, Illuminate Dance Club, Incendio Dance Project, and the Miss Majorettes.
